Booking a vacation can be a stressful experience. We hope that you find our site easy to use and fun to operate. However you may have some questions. Below you will find some questions we have been asked in the past together with our answers. However if you don't see your question, we hope you will click on the contact button and send us an email or call us (in UK time) so that we can address your query. 1.I am a keen Golfer. Are there any courses nearby?
A.There are several excellent courses in the area. Click HERE for the latest list with links to the individual websites which will provide detailed information and directions etc. The conciege at the clubhouse will also be pleased to give you comprehensive advice, details and arrange bookings.
2. Are there facilities at the house for babies. I am thinking about a cot, high chair and stroller.
A. All 3 items are in the house and are available for your use at no extra charge.
3. What time is check in and check out. Can you be flexible?
A. Check in is normally 4.00pm and check out is 10.30am. If we do not have guests arriving on your day of departure, or guests leaving in the morning of your arrival we will be happy to try to allow extensions at no extra charge
4. Is there a TV in every bedroom?
A. Yes there is a TV in every bedroom
5. How many single beds are there?
A. Check out the Floor/Bed plan by scrolling to the bottom of the home page for each house. clicking the button there will also take you to a map of the house.
6. Is there a BBQ at the house?
A. This house is equipped with an outdoor BBQ for which we make no extra charge.
However we are unable to guarantee the cleanliness as our management company like most management companies do not clean owner grills and we therefore have to rely on our guests to clean ours after each use and leave it in an acceptable condition for the next guests.
Our management will supply their own BBQ to you on a rental basis if required.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You will find our cancellation policy by clicking on the 'Terms & Conditions' button on the riight hand menu. It is paragraph 3.
8. When we arrive, do we have far to go to collect the key? What happens if we arrive 'out of hours' for the key?
A. There is no key.There is an electronic locking device that requires a code. The code is provided to you in your final arrival instructions. Be mindful to note down the number as without it you will be locked out! We suggest you note the code in your mobile phone just in case! Make sure that if you lost your mobile a thief wouldn't recognise the title as your front door code though.
Whilst unable to help guests individually the clubhouse staff should be able to provide you with the telephone number for our management company in an emergency if it is during clubhouse opening hours!
It may be prudent to note down the management emergency telephone number in your mobile too.
9. Is there a shuttle bus service from the resort to Disney?
A. There is a shuttle service to Disney's Magic Kingdom for about $11.00 per person return. Children under 3 are free. Contact Cool Transportation at 407 432 1990 by 10:00 PM the evening before.
10. What happens if we have any problems or questions during our stay?
A: There is a local management company on call 24/7 to take care of you. Their contact information will be in your welcome kit.
11.Is there a printer in the house or at the clubhouse that we can use?
A.There is no printer at the house. In the clubhouse you can pay to use the computers in the ‘cyber’ room and there IS a printer there.
If you pay to use the wifi in the clubhouse area on your laptop there is NO printer facility.
12.Are there pool towels available at the condo or do we need to bring our own beach towels?
A.The house is complete with specific pool/spa towels. Instructions as to which they are will be found at the house.
13. Is there a safe in the house?
A. We have installed a secure electronic safe for your valuables which is locked with your code number or credit card swipe. Please note that it is just a domestic model and that guest use is entirely on the understanding that it is used at the guests' risk as the owners/management give no warranty whatsoever and cannot be held responsible for any loss as a consequence of malfunction or theft. Guests are reminded that the safe must be left open on departure and that if it requires management to open it, a charge will be made against the security/damage deposit.
