Both  with airconditioned GAMES rooms our villas are the perfect base for a Disney/Florida vacation. The 2 homes booked together can accommodate parties up to 20 guests. To book both homes together please contact us by email or phone. Both our villas are beautifully furnished and airconditioned and each have heated swimming pools and spas for that morning swim and for your family’s personal enjoyment there is a security fence to protect the young ones. Both homes have a covered lania on an extended pool deck which includes a large table with seating for four plus extra chairs and provides shade from the hot sun. For your added enjoyment there are four loungers on each patio to relax on. We even supply separate large pool towels!  In fact the houses are fully equipped with towels,linen, crockery,cutlery,glassware etc. Washer and dryer machines take care of all your laundry requirements. Your party can move freely between the homes at the front and at the back as there is no dividing fence between the them.

Emerald Island Resort is one of the most popular vacation home communities. Within just 5 minutes from Disney, it is also close to the 192 with all its shops and restaurants, yet with such a beautiful setting, it's location is hard to believe!
As you enter, you immediately find yourself in a luscious sub-tropical resort, through to the stunning Dolphin Fountain at the entrance to the clubhouse and facilities. The clubhouse has a reception area which sells newspapers and sundries, and provides information for guests staying at the resort.

There's a casual lounge with TV, a video arcade games room for the kids, and you can "keep in touch" while on vacation either with the club house WiFi or the IT center that provides computers with high-speed internet access. We also provide FREE WiFi at BOTH our homes.
